Blue H - Navy Surgeon General's
Health Promotion and Wellness Award

Incentivize activities and policies that promote a culture of wellness and fitness,
establish standardized measures of success, and provide commands with an infrastructure
to plan, implement, and evaluate their efforts and progress

NOTICE 1 - Effective February 1, 2011, Navy Reserve Operational Health Support Unit (OHSU) Headquarter and Medical Detachments will coordinate with the corresponding parent Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) on a single award package for the Navy Surgeon General's Blue H Award. Per guidance established in the FLEET Criteria Set, NOSC Commanding Officer endorsement is mandatory.

NOTICE 2 - NMCPHC requests you submit your data via e-mail (see instructions) AND if possible via internet, if possible (CAC card access required). The internet submission tool will provide immediate score feedback and information about the award ceremony.
